Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing SN Mechanic Assist.
Our goal is to provide fast and reliable on-road tyre repair and roadside assistance services across Pune. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before booking a mechanic.
1. Mechanic Visiting Charges
A ₹399 Mechanic Visiting Charge is collected at the time of booking.
This amount includes:
- Mechanic dispatch fee
- Platform service charges
- Booking and operational costs
This charge is required to assign a mechanic and process your service request.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund only if your booking is cancelled before a mechanic is assigned to your request.
After deducting applicable payment gateway and platform processing charges, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
Once a mechanic has been assigned to your booking, the ₹399 Mechanic Visiting Charge becomes non-refundable.
This is because the mechanic has already accepted the request and started travelling to your location.
No refund will be issued after mechanic assignment, even if:
- You change your mind.
- You no longer require the service.
- You are unavailable at the location.
- You cancel after assignment.
- Your phone is unreachable.
- Your location is incorrect.
4. Mechanic Arrival Time
Our mechanics usually arrive within 25–30 minutes after assignment.
However, arrival time may vary due to:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather
- Road closures
- Distance from the mechanic
- Other unavoidable circumstances
We always try our best to reach you as quickly as possible.
5. Service Charges
The ₹399 booking fee covers only the mechanic’s visit and platform charges.
Actual repair charges are not included.
The mechanic will inspect the vehicle and inform you about the repair cost before starting any work.
Additional services such as:
- Tyre puncture repair
- Stepney replacement
- Valve replacement
- Air filling
- Additional labour
- Other roadside assistance
will be charged separately and paid directly to the mechanic.
6. No Warranty
Tyre repair is a temporary roadside solution.
SN Mechanic Assist does not provide any warranty or guarantee on repaired tyres.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the tyre before continuing their journey.
7. Customer Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your booking:
Before Mechanic Assignment
You may be eligible for a refund after deducting applicable platform and payment gateway charges.
After Mechanic Assignment
No refund will be issued.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
9. Service Area
Currently, SN Mechanic Assist provides services only within selected areas of Pune, Maharashtra, generally covering a radius of 10–15 KM from our active service locations.
Bookings outside our service area may be declined or cancelled.
10. Complaints
If a mechanic requests unreasonable charges, behaves unprofessionally, or if you experience any issue with your booking, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to this Policy
SN Mechanic Assist reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
