Welcome to SN Mechanic Assist. By accessing our website or booking our roadside assistance services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. About SN Mechanic Assist

SN Mechanic Assist is an online platform that connects customers with nearby independent roadside mechanics for tyre-related assistance. We currently provide services within selected areas of Pune, Maharashtra (approximately 10–15 KM service radius).

2. Booking a Mechanic

Customers can book a roadside mechanic through our website.

To complete a booking, you must provide:

  • Correct Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Accurate Service Location
  • Vehicle Details
  • Required Service Information

Providing incorrect information may result in delays or cancellation of your booking.

3. Mechanic Visiting Charge

A ₹399 Mechanic Visiting Charge is payable at the time of booking.

This amount includes:

  • Mechanic dispatch fee
  • Platform service charges
  • Booking processing charges

This charge is collected to assign and dispatch a mechanic to your location.

4. Mechanic Assignment

Once a mechanic accepts your booking, your request is considered confirmed.

After mechanic assignment:

  • The booking cannot be cancelled for a refund.
  • The ₹399 visiting charge becomes non-refundable.
  • The assigned mechanic will travel to your location.

5. Estimated Arrival Time

Our goal is to reach your location within 25–30 minutes after mechanic assignment.

Arrival time may vary depending on:

  • Traffic
  • Weather
  • Distance
  • Road conditions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

While we aim for fast service, arrival times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Repair Charges

The ₹399 booking fee does not include tyre repair or labour charges.

Actual repair charges depend on:

  • Vehicle type
  • Tyre condition
  • Repair required
  • Additional work requested

The mechanic will explain the cost before starting any additional work.

Payment for repair work is made directly to the mechanic unless otherwise stated.

7. Additional Services

If you request extra work beyond the original booking, additional charges may apply.

Examples include:

  • Multiple puncture repairs
  • Stepney replacement
  • Valve replacement
  • Air filling
  • Wheel inspection
  • Other roadside assistance

These charges are separate from the booking fee.

8. No Warranty

Roadside tyre repair is intended as a temporary solution.

SN Mechanic Assist does not provide any warranty or guarantee for:

  • Repaired tyres
  • Future tyre performance
  • Tyre lifespan
  • Damage caused by road conditions after repair

Customers are advised to replace damaged tyres whenever necessary.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information.
  • Remain available at the booking location.
  • Keep their phone reachable.
  • Treat mechanics respectfully.
  • Make payment for approved repair work.

Failure to do so may result in cancellation of service without refund.

10. Mechanic Conduct

Our mechanics are expected to provide professional service.

If a mechanic:

  • Demands unreasonable charges,
  • Behaves inappropriately,
  • Requests payment for work not approved by you,

11. Limitation of Liability

SN Mechanic Assist acts as a service platform connecting customers with roadside mechanics.

We are not responsible for:

  • Existing vehicle defects
  • Tyre manufacturer defects
  • Damage caused by previous repairs
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or emergencies
  • Losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid as the booking fee where required by applicable law.

12. Service Availability

Services are currently available only within selected areas of Pune.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule bookings that fall outside our service area or cannot be fulfilled.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent customer data. Information is shared only when necessary to complete your booking or comply with legal obligations.

14. Changes to These Terms

SN Mechanic Assist may update these Terms of Service at any time.

The latest version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
