1. Platform Disclaimer
SN Mechanic Assist is an online platform that helps customers book nearby roadside mechanics for tyre-related assistance. We coordinate bookings and dispatch mechanics to the customer’s location.
2. Independent Mechanics
Mechanics providing services through SN Mechanic Assist are independent service providers.
While we strive to work with experienced professionals, the repair work is performed by the assigned mechanic at the service location.
3. Mechanic Visiting Charge
The ₹399 Mechanic Visiting Charge covers:
- Mechanic dispatch
- Platform operation
- Booking management
This amount does not include tyre repair, spare parts, labour charges, or additional roadside services.
4. Repair Charges
Repair costs are determined after the mechanic inspects your vehicle.
Customers are responsible for paying the mechanic separately for:
- Tyre puncture repair
- Stepney replacement
- Valve replacement
- Air filling
- Additional labour
- Any extra service requested
5. No Warranty
Roadside tyre repair is intended to help you continue your journey safely.
SN Mechanic Assist does not provide any warranty, guarantee, or assurance regarding:
- Repaired tyres
- Future tyre performance
- Tyre life
- Future punctures
- Damage caused by road conditions
Customers are advised to replace damaged tyres whenever necessary.
6. Arrival Time
Our goal is to dispatch a mechanic quickly.
The estimated arrival time is 25–30 minutes after mechanic assignment.
However, delays may occur due to:
- Heavy traffic
- Weather conditions
- Distance
- Road restrictions
- Vehicle availability
- Other unavoidable circumstances
Arrival times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
7. Service Availability
Services are currently available only in selected areas of Pune, Maharashtra, generally within a 10–15 KM service radius.
Bookings outside the service area may not be accepted.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing the correct location.
- Keeping their phone available.
- Providing accurate vehicle details.
- Approving repair costs before work begins.
Failure to provide correct information may delay or prevent service delivery.
9. Pricing Transparency
Mechanics should clearly explain repair charges before starting any work.
If a mechanic demands unreasonable charges or behaves unprofessionally, please contact us immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability
SN Mechanic Assist shall not be held responsible for:
- Vehicle damage existing before service.
- Tyre manufacturer defects.
- Future tyre failures after repair.
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or emergencies.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Our liability, where applicable under law, is limited to the booking amount paid through our platform.
